      If you require the jewelry by a certain date or within a 1 months period, please state your event date and choose DHL Express Mail at check out. We do Not guarantee delivery date by standard international registered airmail.

      FREE LOCAL SINGAPORE SHIPMENT

      All local Singapore orders will be sent via Tracked Package to your letterbox through Singpost (www.singpost.com), which delivers in around 2-3 working days after shipment. Estimated delivery days exclude production time and are counted after date of dispatch. 
      If the parcel is too large to fit inside the letterbox, we will need to send through Speedpost to your doorstep, which requires someone at the address to receive the parcel.

      If you do not receive the item by 2 months from the date posted, please email us at hello@glitzandlove.com and we'll do the detail enquiry of the status of your mail with Singapore Post Office.

      Unsuccessful Mail Delivery

      If your purchase is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g., unclaimed mail, incomplete shipping address, etc.), we'll notify you via email. You have several options: cover the shipping cost to reship the parcel, combine your return parcel with a new order, or opt for a store credit (original item price minus the initial shipping cost) for future purchases.

      Lost Items while transit

      We will send the replacement if there is enough time for the item to reach to you. If not, we will arrange full refund inclusive of shipping charges.

      As all the mails come with a tracking number, we can track the status of the mail for most countries.Â
