Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not happy for any reason, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving the order and ship them back to us within 14 days for store credits.

Relevant store credit will only be made after we received the eligible items back in their original condition and packaging. Store credit will be valid for 180 days from date of issue.

To arrange a return of eligible items, please email hello@glitzandlove.com stating your order number, contact email, contact number, and the eligible items that you would like to return. Kindly ship back the eligible items to us with a shipment method that includes a tracking number to avoid lost mails. 

All returned items must meet the terms of our return & exchange policy. 

  • Eligible returned items are only accepted if unwashed, unworn, with the all packaging material still attached and in its original packaging.
  • Shipping fees are excluded from the store credit as shipping costs have already incurred. (USD 8.5 for order under USD 100, USD 10 for order above USD 100, USD28 standard shipment fee for statement necklace with luxury pink velvet jewelry box, USD 33 DHL express mail shipping fee, USD 33 DHL express shipping fees for order with complimentary DHL Shipment, or USD 40 DHL express shipping fees for statement necklace with luxury pink velvet jewelry box)
  • The following items are not eligible for return & exchange.
    • Earrings: Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returned of earrings. We only send out brand new earrings to customers (i.e. you).
    • Sale items, order with discount code used, and bulk order.

If you are in doubt, please place a single item sample order before committing to a bulk order. :) We are confident that you will be happy with our quality and come back for more.

Defective Items

We check each and every piece of jewelry before we ship them out to you. In the rare occasion that the jewelry you received is defective*, please email us within 3 days of receipt with your order number, contact email, contact number, and a pictures of the defective item(s). We will ship out a new piece to you right away after verifying your order.

*Subject to approval on a case-by-case basis. Slight colour variations, slight size differences, minor defects (e.g loose threads, slight scratches, slight stains, slight asymmetry, slight misalignment, slight tarnishes that do not affect the general outlook of the item, etc.), growth texture on pearls do not constitute a defective product.
